What impressed us most was how she made us feel like her only clients, even though we knew she had a busy practice. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process - always quick to respond to our calls and texts, and proactive about updating us on new listings that matched our criteria. We never felt like we were bothering her with questions or requests to see "just one more house."
Perhaps most importantly, she never once tried to pressure us into making an offer on a property that wasn't quite right. Even when we were getting discouraged after viewing so many homes, she remained patient and encouraging. She truly listened to what we wanted and needed, and wasn't interested in just making a quick sale.
Her dedication paid off when she found us the perfect property - it checked every box that we asked for. Looking back, we're so grateful we worked with her and plan on working with her again.
